1Definitions

"Platform" refers to the jetbuz website, mobile web application, and all associated software, content, and services made available at https://jetbuz.ws. "Account" means the registered member account created by you on the Platform. "Funds" refers to any money deposited into, held within, or withdrawn from your Account. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jetbuz. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable Funds.

2Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of the jetbuz Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jetbuz operates a strict 21+ age restriction policy. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds returned or forfeited as appropriate.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or business entity.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a representative of another gambling operator.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by jetbuz for breach of this Agreement or any associated policy.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and valid payment method details. Providing false information at the time of registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles jetbuz to close your Account without notice and retain any Funds held therein.

Each person may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or through the use of any technical workaround — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. jetbuz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses without prior notice.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

jetbuz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. This provides an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetbuz support immediately at [email protected] so that we can suspend the Account and investigate.

Any activity that occurs on your Account while it is accessed using your correct credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that activity. jetbuz accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jetbuz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. jetbuz does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. jetbuz reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request documentation to confirm the ownership of any payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Before processing any withdrawal request, jetbuz requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a government-issued identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully approved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method but jetbuz aims to complete all approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours of the request being submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours.

jetbuz reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. In such cases, processing may take longer while the security review is completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jetbuz Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied and may result in minor differences in the credited or received amount.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jetbuz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of bonus credit and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any resulting winnings can be converted to real withdrawable Funds.
• The standard Wagering Requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳20,000 in total before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses must be claimed and any associated Wagering Requirement fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• jetbuz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Participation in any promotion by using automated software, bots, or other technical means constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jetbuz will close the Account and void all associated Funds and bonuses without notice.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the jetbuz Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the relevant product section of the website. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall take precedence for that specific game or market.

jetbuz uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live virtual games. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The results of all games are final once settled, subject to the error correction provisions below.

In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or software error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, jetbuz reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked Funds to the relevant player accounts. jetbuz will not be liable for any losses arising from such technical faults beyond the return of the original stake.

For sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other markets), all bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at jetbuz's discretion if the in-play betting feature was unavailable at the time.

7Responsible Gaming

jetbuz is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help members maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your Account settings and via our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tool, which will close your Account for a period of your choosing. During any active self-exclusion, jetbuz will not accept deposits or bets from your Account and will not send you promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to [email protected].

Players who are experiencing financial hardship, anxiety, or distress related to their gambling activity are encouraged to seek help from independent support services. jetbuz will cooperate fully with any intervention aimed at protecting a player's wellbeing.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetbuz Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or other technical means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any identified error must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it constitutes fraud.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards jetbuz staff or other players.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the jetbuz Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of jetbuz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jetbuz.

The jetbuz name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of jetbuz. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of jetbuz in each instance.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbuz shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if jetbuz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jetbuz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jetbuz makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the jetbuz Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jetbuz does not sell personal data to third parties and processes all data in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

12Amendments to These Terms

jetbuz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jetbuz will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of this Agreement on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. In the event of a dispute between you and jetbuz, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes may be submitted to jetbuz's customer support team at [email protected]. jetbuz will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and provide a full written response within 28 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of an independent arbitration process. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
